This September I'll be turning 60. I contacted Jill to help me get back in shape for the big day.
I joined and followed Jill's Jump Start Fat Loss program because I wanted to lose 10lbs. WOW...in two weeks I saw the results (all while getting to eat 5-6 meals a day).

Jill's approach is much more holistic than other instructors' I have worked with before.

I had been working hard and felt great, but was not at all satisfied with the way my body looked. If I am working out so much, how come that my body is not lighter or tighter? I was in need of an intervention; I joined her fat loss program and learned her 6 principles.
