I want to help you get into the best shape possible and assist you in building an everlasting commitment to health & fitness. Train hard, be healthy, and believe in yourself.

I provide clients with a unique training experience that allows them to exceed their weight loss and performance goals. Seattle boot camp provides a group setting and/or a private to semi-private setting in a non-intimidating, motivating environment.


Personal Training: 4517 California Ave SW Unit I

PERSONAL TRAINER

A specialized one-on-one program for all fitness levels. Have a specific fitness goal? Need to lose weight and tone up? Want to run your first 5k? While some people have a specific sport discipline they are interested in (e.g., running vs. triathlon vs. swimming), others have the goal to improve their overall health and fitness or get back to a level of fitness they once had. I will help you get to where you want to be physically. Training times are based on availability.

Cost: $65 per hour

Group: Grab a friend and workout together. $35 per person.

SEMI PRIVATE FITNESS TRAINING

Semi private training is a more affordable option than personal training and a more personalized/flexible option than boot camp. Personalized programs are designed in a smaller atmosphere. Prices vary based on the size of group so call us today with the size of your group to reserve your preferred time slots.

Cost: 2 people - $35 each

3 or more - $25 each

30-MINUTE METABOLIC BLAST

Short on time? No problem. You can fit fitness into your schedule on just about any "busy" day in your life. This is a high-intensity & calorie-blasting workout. Guaranteed to make your sweat!

Cost: $30 per session

Running Coach

Cost: $60/hour
I coach runners of all abilities. From the beginner to the seasoned racer who wants to set a new personal record. Whether you have lost motivation, need help starting a running program, or need guidance on moving to the next level, I can help. I truly enjoy coaching and getting to know each of my runners. I aim to truly listen and to make myself available always. I aspire to offer a highly personalized coaching while making it fun!
**During the summer months I meet my clients outside at a local neighborhood park. Currently, I'm training clients in Lincoln Park and Alki Beach of West Seattle. Please contact me if you have an alternate location of choice.
I ran my first marathon with Jill's guidance, inspiration, and training program. Best of all, she believed in me and was there every step of the way to help me achieve my biggest life goal: finish a marathon.
