The workouts are primarily outdoor
workouts, but in the winter months, Jill has an indoor space and she combines indoor and outdoor exercises.
Working out primarily outside is so much more enjoyable than dragging yourself to another boring gym
workout! Especially when you are in a group where you can have fun and push one another to take it just
